I delivered a QR code–based ticket tracking system using the react-qr-code module, giving clients an easy way to track ticket status in real time. I designed polished light and dark theme layouts with CSS to enhance the user experience, and built a maintainable, scalable database structure with Sequelize to support the app’s storage needs and future feature growth. More recently, I integrated the Twilio, 3CX, and Freshservice APIs to automatically create tickets for inbound and outbound calls, streamlining ticket processing and follow-up while reducing the support team’s SLA by 40%. I also integrated AI models to process call recordings and generate transcripts, subjects, and descriptions for support tickets, while providing agents with suggested SOPs, knowledge base articles, and internal procedure documentation based on the recording content. In addition, I leveraged Freshservice automation tools alongside our API architecture to enable an automated offsite backup workflow, notifying clients via SMS with connect/disconnect instructions and performing backup status checks via SMS—reducing outbound calls by 35%.

I built an event management app optimized for seamless check-ins, food management, sub-events, and room assignments. Using Symfony, I implemented the backend and database structure, enabling multiple users to manage different events within the same instance. I added dynamic badge generation, group assignment, and other organizational features to support users throughout the full event lifecycle. I also developed an Android app to scan QR codes and check in attendees for meals, sub-events, workshops, and more. To power the system end to end, I designed a custom REST API using Symfony and Python to handle data requests and support both current requirements and future feature growth. I also implemented a custom reporting system that generates reports in Excel format, allowing users to easily analyze event data and make informed decisions for future events.

win11-comp-tool is a user-oriented application that allows individuals or system administrators to evaluate and record whether a workstation meets the system requirements for upgrading to Windows 11. This process is a 2-part workflow when Users Download and run a .exe file, and the Web Application generates a PDF Report with all the info gathered by the .exe script. The .exe file is built with PowerShell, and it gathers all the necessary information about the system, such as CPU, RAM, Storage, TPM version, and more. The Web Application is built with React, Express, Sequelize and PostgreSQL. It allows users to upload the generated report, and it stores the information in a database. Users can also view their report history and download previous reports as PDF.

OpenDental++ is a full stack application for getting reports from an OpenDental database. It is built with React, Express, Sequelize and PostgreSQL. It allows users to get useful reports from OpenDental Database, and export them as PDF. It also allows users to create custom reports using SQL queries. This web application is fully HIPAA-compliant. It is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, with a clean and intuitive interface. It is also designed to be scalable and maintainable, with a modular architecture that allows for easy updates and additions of new features.

myWeatherApp is a simple weather application that allows users to search for a city and get the current weather and a 3-day forecast. Built from scratch using SvelteKit and WeatherAPI.com. I designed a clean and intuitive user interface with CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. The app fetches real-time weather data from the WeatherAPI.com API, providing users with accurate and up-to-date information. I also implemented error handling to manage cases where the API request fails or returns invalid data, ensuring the app remains functional and user-friendly even in edge cases.

The Splash Page is built with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. This is the most accurate Uber clone that actually works in real-life, with more than 2000 active drivers and clients.
